Join a team that supports, empowers, and invests in you. About the Role Develop personalised rehabilitation plans – Support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation. Complete a range of assessments – Including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments (OT only). Identify return-to-work pathways – Use lateral thinking and forward planning to align with recovery milestones. Apply clinical expertise & problem-solving – Utilise injury management knowledge to perform assessments and facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Work closely with stakeholders – Collaborate with clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors. Present case information – Provide credible recommendations and solutions to drive desired return-to-work goals. What’s on Offer?
